In this role, you will work closely with our team to manage and execute export and import processes, from documentation and compliance to logistics and customs clearance. You will leverage your expertise in trade regulations, international shipping, and trade documentation to ensure our clients’ shipments are processed efficiently and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and execute export and import processes, including documentation, compliance, and logistics.
• Coordinate with clients, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and efficient shipments.
• Leverage expertise in trade regulations, international shipping, and trade documentation.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to export and import activities.
• Stay updated with changes in trade laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on export and import processes.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of export and import strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export and import operations, preferably in a logistics or trade-related role.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with trade regulations, international shipping, and trade documentation.
• Experience with shipping software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
