📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design, install, and maintain production machinery and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and quality.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, manuals, and maintenance logs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.

- Provide technical support and training to production and maintenance staff.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on production and maintenance.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.
- Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
