📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key automotive dealers and manufacturers.
• Drive sales and traffic to the OLX Indonesia platform by promoting featured listings and premium services.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and automotive exhibitions to network and build relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service to dealers and manufacturers, addressing their concerns and needs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and online sales platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
