• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine promotional campaigns and improve sales performance.
• Create engaging content for social media and other marketing channels to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor and report on the success of promotional activities, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales and promotions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful promotional campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of retail and consumer products industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Canva.
