Finance & Accounting Specialist for Luxury Hospitality - Bali

In this role, you'll manage daily financial transactions, prepare monthly financial reports, and assist in budgeting and forecasting. You'll work closely with our finance team, leveraging tools like QuickBooks and SAP, to maintain our financial systems. This is a chance to grow your expertise in luxury hospitality finance while working in one of Bali’s most prestigious hospitality hubs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate recording in QuickBooks.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with the finance team to maintain and update financial records in SAP.
• Support the finance manager in financial planning and analysis, including variance analysis and trend forecasting.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements for audits and regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial support to property managers and other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP.
• Certification in Advanced Financial Reporting (AFR) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proven ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
