📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and implement daily lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and meet the individual needs of each student.,Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to students with diverse learning needs.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and school administrators.,Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.,Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.,Attend to the emotional and social needs of students, providing support and guidance as needed.,Participate in school-wide events and activities, such as field trips, parent-teacher conferences, and school performances.,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices, and incorporate new strategies into your teaching.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in an educational setting.,Strong knowledge of child development and learning theories.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid teaching certificate or equivalent qualification.,Passion for working with children and a commitment to providing a high-quality education.
