📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff.,Promote a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in a healthcare setting.,Certification from reputable nursing organizations (e.g., BNSP, SIN, or equivalent).,Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
