PT Cipta Oryza is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Medical Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the Ambon region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the medical field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.,Promote and sell pharmaceutical products through various channels, including face-to-face interactions, presentations, and educational activities.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Provide training and support to junior medical representatives to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research and gather feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.,Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and stay updated on the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a sales or medical representative role.,Strong understanding of the medical field and the ability to communicate complex information to healthcare professionals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficient in using sales and marketing software, such as CRM systems and presentation tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
