📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the hotel's engineering systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.,Manage a team of engineers, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to carry out their duties effectively.,Conduct regular inspections of the hotel's engineering systems to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the hotel's engineering systems.,Provide technical advice and support to other departments, such as the housekeeping and food and beverage departments, to ensure that their operations are running smoothly.,Ensure that the hotel's engineering systems are in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Provide technical training and development opportunities for the team of engineers.,Work closely with the hotel's management team to ensure that the hotel's engineering systems are meeting the needs of the guests and the overall business objectives of the hotel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
