📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional manner.,Provide product information and recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and resolution.,Promote our products and services to drive sales and brand awareness.,Maintain a clean and organized retail space.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in luxury retail.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in sales transactions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with luxury retail brands and trends is a plus.,Valid ID and work permit for Bali are required.
