Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting,Familiarity with various operating systems and programming languages,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English, both written and spoken,Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle🛠️ Keahlian
