Easy Bay Cemerlang is seeking a talented and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for our customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for customer use.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine services.,Track vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with mechanics and service providers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support to drivers and other team members as needed.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
