📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to maintain optimal stock.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online retail management is a plus.,Good understanding of Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior.
