📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop mechanical systems and equipment for bakery operations.
  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and provide technical support for mechanical issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Provide technical training to staff on mechanical systems and equipment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and technical drawing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
  • Good communication and technical writing skills.
