📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits,Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations,Identify and assess risks and control weaknesses within the organization,Develop and implement corrective actions to address identified issues,Provide strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness,Conduct training and mentoring for junior auditors,Collaborate with senior management to address audit findings and implement improvements,Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with the last 3 years in a leadership role,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent),Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and internal control frameworks,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using audit software and data analysis tools,Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards
