📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Develop and implement safety management systems, including safety plans, procedures, and protocols
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize safety risks
• Monitor and evaluate safety performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure safety measures are integrated into project planning and execution
• Provide training and guidance to project personnel on safety best practices and procedures
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in safety engineering
• Participate in safety committees and working groups to drive continuous improvement in safety practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in safety engineering, with a focus on oil & gas or industrial projects
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations, including ISO 45001, OSHA, and industry-specific safety guidelines
• Proficiency in safety management software such as SAP Safety, or similar tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to travel to project sites as required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
