📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily insurance operations, including policy administration and claims processing.
• Coordinate with insurance brokers and providers to ensure compliance and optimize coverage.
• Conduct risk assessments for construction projects to mitigate potential liabilities.
• Monitor insurance policies and renewals to ensure continuous coverage.
• Train and supervise insurance operations staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Collaborate with construction teams to address insurance-related issues promptly.
• Prepare and present regular reports on insurance operations to senior management.
• Ensure all insurance documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance operations, preferably in the construction industry.
• Certification in Insurance Operations (e.g., CPCU, AIC) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims processing, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using insurance management software such as Guidewire, PolicyAdmin, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in healthcare construction is a significant advantage.
