Crystal Link Berjaya is looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records, including personal data, benefits, and performance evaluations.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with benefit programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
