• Oversee the end-to-end operations of tourism and hospitality projects, ensuring timely and budgetary compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the tourism and hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and industry standards in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
