📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the clinic's vehicle fleet, including scheduling regular maintenance and inspections.,Coordinate transportation for clinic staff and patients, ensuring timely and safe transportation.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies.,Handle vehicle repairs and replacements as needed, working with approved vendors.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and registered, and that all documentation is up-to-date.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance costs.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects and initiatives.,Maintain a high level of customer service and communication with drivers and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
