The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the fleet, as well as coordinating with drivers and maintaining vehicle records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, and replacements.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods and personnel.,Maintain and update vehicle records, including mileage, fuel consumption, and service history.,Monitor and report on fuel consumption and vehicle performance to ensure cost-effectiveness.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to support operational objectives and initiatives.,Provide training and support to drivers as needed.,Investigate and resolve any issues or incidents involving the fleet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
