📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of educational programs in schools.
• Provide guidance and support to teachers to improve their teaching practices.
• Ensure compliance with national and provincial educational standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular visits to schools to assess the quality of education and address any issues.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the learning environment and student outcomes.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders, including parents, community members, and educational institutions.
• Participate in professional development activities for teachers and school administrators.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on the status of educational programs and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education supervision or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian national and provincial educational standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools, such as SIMPD (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pendidikan) and Microsoft Office.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
