📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Manage and mentor the store team, ensuring that they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the store is maintained to a high standard.,Monitor and report on store performance, including sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the store's performance and profitability.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure that the store is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving store performance.,Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
