📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of drivers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.,Ensure the safety and satisfaction of customers by providing excellent service.,Monitor and report on driver performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure all vehicles are in good condition and meet safety standards.,Participate in training and development programs for drivers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the transportation industry.,Proven track record of leading and managing a team of drivers.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with GPS and navigation systems.,Ability to use and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
