📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Review and analyze financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Prepare and present financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial records and recommend corrective actions.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.,Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.,Stay updated with accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance.,Perform internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.,Provide training and support to staff on accounting procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing or accounting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP standards.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
