📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, workshops, and online courses.,Assist in the planning and execution of learning and development activities.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.,Support the organization in achieving its learning and development objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and training software.,Familiarity with assessment tools and techniques.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
