📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Manage and mentor a team of accounts payable staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Work closely with SAP S/4HANA to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial issues and ensure compliance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounts payable and financial operations.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing and mentoring a team.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
• Certification in SAP S/4HANA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve financial issues.
