In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and consistency,Develop and implement documentation best practices and standards,Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of user manuals, guides, and other technical materials,Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure technical content is effectively communicated to customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar,Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus,Familiarity with software development processes and tools is a plus
