📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential customers for Sharia-compliant personal loans.,Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing campaigns to promote our loan products.,Provide product information and answer customer inquiries about loan terms and conditions.,Assess customer eligibility and guide them through the loan application process.,Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth and efficient application process.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and application statuses.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to team performance.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to stay updated on product offerings and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.,Familiarity with Sharia-compliant financial products and Islamic banking principles.,Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid SIM card and reliable transportation for fieldwork.
