📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Work closely with the culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage and motivate the restaurant staff to ensure they are performing at their best.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming to all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, inventory management, and cost control.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
