📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Oversee staff training and development to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor and maintain financial records, including budgeting and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Represent the restaurant at events and meetings as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Understanding of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
