Beehive BPO is seeking a dedicated Production Scheduler to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the production schedule to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.

As a Production Scheduler, you will work closely with the production team, logistics department, and other stakeholders to coordinate and execute production plans.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain the production schedule to meet customer demands and company goals.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Work with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production issues and challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on production progress and performance.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve production efficiency and effectiveness.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in production scheduling or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning and control systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning software is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
