📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor HR staff.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Support the company's strategic initiatives and growth plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment and talent management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
