📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and create original fashion designs that align with ESYE's brand identity and market trends.
• Collaborate with the design team to refine and finalize collections, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and SketchUp to create detailed design sketches and patterns.
• Conduct trend research and analysis to stay ahead of the latest fashion trends and incorporate them into our designs.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure that designs are feasible and can be produced efficiently.
• Present design concepts to the creative director and other stakeholders, providing clear explanations and justifications.
• Keep up-to-date with fashion industry news, attending workshops, and participating in design competitions to enhance your skills.
• Contribute to the overall brand strategy by suggesting innovative design concepts that drive customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and SketchUp for design and pattern making.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and garment construction techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with fashion industry software such as Gerber Accumark and Optitex is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
